On some network or router configurations when you try to use the Youdio app you may get a message that says that the Youdio Music Video Creator is not running, when in fact it is actually running on your computer.
This sometimes happens when the Youdio Web app cannot talk to the Youdio server correctly, which can be due to a Domain Name Server problem with your Internet configuration. You can fix this by using the free Google Public DNS service, which is designed to make your Internet connection faster and more secure - so using this service is highly recommended in general.
